Shaanxi Non-ferrous Construction Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004, and became a holding subsidiary of Xi’an Engineering Investigation and Design Research Institute under Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metals Holding Group Co., Ltd.in 2009, with registered capital of RMB 200 million Yuan. The company has three Grade A qualifications of general construction contracts of house building engineering, municipal public engineering and MEP engineering, five Grade A professional contracting qualifications of ground foundation engineering, steel structure engineering, decoration engineering, fire-fighting engineering, and electronic and intelligent engineering, four Grade B qualifications of mine engineering, petrochemical engineering, metallurgical engineering, and highway engineering, management qualifications for overseas contracted projects and real estate development. In recent years, the company attracts several excellent professional, technical personnel and enterprise management talents from all social parts. There are over 1,200 employees at present, including 652 various professional technical management personnel, 325 persons with medium and senior professional titles, 198 registered constructors, and over 40 registered engineers in the aspects of cost, safety and other fields.

During the development in recent years, great progress was made on aspects of administration and management. Meanwhile, the company maintained the strong dynamic at the innovation.The business had covered in more than 30 provinces, cities and municipalities. Some projects were successively obtained Luban Award (the highest honor of China Construction Engineering), High quality Project of China Non-ferrous Metals Industry (ministerial level), Yanta Cup for Xi’an Municipal High-quality Project, Tianhan Cup for Hanzhong Municipal High-quality Project. The company was also awarded the Green Construction Demonstration Project, outstanding Construction Site, Quality Structural Projects, New Technology Construction Demonstration Project in National, Provincial, and municipal construction industry. Furthermore, Our various QC achievements were obtained national and provincial Outstanding Achievement Award and various construction methods were selected as provincial and ministerial construction methods. We also owned BIM technology Center and national post doctor scientific research station who participated in the preparation of various national and industrial technical standard specifications, and owned various enterprise independent research & development patent level. Hence, we are at leading position of construction industry.

Since the establishment, the company adopted the working principles of scientific management to build high qualified and environmental friendly projects with continuous improvement to serve for customers. We focused on building modern enterprise system, and continuously enhanced company management. It passed GB/T 19001-2008 quality management system, GB/T24001-2004 environment management system, and GB/T28001- 2001 occupational health and safety management system certification in 2006. The company acquired more normative management and created great economic and social benefit through joint efforts of all employees.
